Based on the Wachs Standard Builder Trailer platform, the Wachs Hydro-Vac trailer can be configured to fit your needs and budget. The flexibility of this system means you can order what you need today, knowing that you can upgrade the trailer in the future with additional accessories as your needs grow. The Hydro-Vac Trailer can include your selection of our standard valve maintenance modules, delivering maximum versatility. For example, you can configure a Hydro-Vac trailer with a hydraulic circuit today, and add an ERV-750 Extended Reach Valve Exerciser later.
A step up in power, capacity, and size from our smaller vacuum systems, this Hydro-Vac trailer includes a powerful vacuum that generates 500 CFM at 11in Hg. It includes a standard, 250-gallon spoils tank that features our exclusive twin cylinder, electric over hydraulic powered slide, tilt, and dump system with a powered latching door. This push-button system moves the tank door past the trailer's tail, where it can easily tilt the spoils tank up to 55 degrees to help gravity remove debris and collected spoils. Located at the rear of the trailer, it makes for easy dumping and cleaning.
The 2.5 GPM @ 3000 psi pressure washer system includes a 3-gallon anti-freeze tank and a 95-gallon vertical water tank. This system can be used where temperature changes could damage most pressure-washer systems.
