Device securely mounts to a wide range of valve handwheels, allowing the RS-2 Valve Exerciser to fasten to the adapter for power-assisted valve turning and exercising. Designed with operator safety in mind, this kit reduces the strain on the operator, by allowing them to use a powered solution for turning the valve.
